In the system, you can create an employee profile based on a candidate profile. For this process, it is important that when adding a new candidate through resume parsing or from job sites, the recruiter verifies the information fields that will later be transferred to the employee profile.

The following fields from the candidate profile can be transferred to the employee profile:

Name and Surname

Contacts (Email, Phone, Telegram, Skype)

Social Networks (Facebook URL and LinkedIn URL)

English Level

If you are ready to hire the candidate, you need to move them to the Offer accepted or Hired stage, after which you will have the option to create an employee profile based on the candidate profile.

The Offer accepted and Hired stages are by default categorized as Completed. If you have customized the stages and changed their names, you should check which stages belong to the Completed type and move the candidate to one of those stages. This will ensure that the candidate appears in the dropdown list for creating a new employee.

In the HR manager’s interface, after clicking the +Create option in the Crew section, a Candidate Profile field will appear, offering a list of candidates for creating an employee. If the employee profile was created based on the candidate profile, there will be an option in the employee’s card to Open candidate profile for quick access to the candidate’s profile.

To add a new candidate, the recruiter must have the scope recruiting_can_add_candidates. To create an employee profile based on the candidate profile, the manager must have the scope employees_create_from_candidates enabled
